Do my clients have to pay anything?
No. Client accounts are free forever. You only pay for owner and team member seats.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace pauses. Everyone can still log in and read, but nobody can send messages or create tasks until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
Can one client see another client's work?
Never. Each client only sees their own conversation and their own tasks. This is enforced by row level security in the database itself.
Do I need a company email to sign up?
No. Any email works, including Gmail. Same for the people you invite.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
