Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cocer("Cocer", "we", "us"), available at cocer.co. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Cocer is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) business chat and collaboration workspace for agencies and their teams, including real-time team chat (channels and direct messages), file sharing, and client and partner collaboration spaces. The service is provided over the web; we do not sell any physical goods.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Cocer is offered on a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Business), billed per seat, monthly or yearly.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who handles billing, payment, and applicable taxes. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.
4. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: violating any law; sending spam or malware; infringing others' rights; attempting to breach security or access data you are not authorized to; or using the service to store or share unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. Each company's workspace data is isolated from other companies.
7. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may modify or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cocer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
