• Payment information: processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We do not store full card details on our servers.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• To authenticate users and keep each company's workspace isolated and secure.
• To process subscriptions and send service-related communications.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run Cocer, including:

• Supabase: database, authentication, and file storage hosting.
• Paddle: payment processing and billing (Merchant of Record).
• Other infrastructure providers strictly as needed to operate the service, and authorities where required by law.

4. Data security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Workspace data is isolated per company using database row-level security, and sensitive keys are kept server-side. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; some information may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these, email support@cocer.co.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use them to sell your data.

8. Children

The service is not intended for individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
